ASHP Cashback Promotion FAQ's
How can I qualify for the promotion?
To qualify for the Baxi HP40 ASHP, simply install, commission and register any Baxi HP40 ASHP for warranty on Baxi Works between 12th May 2025 00:01 and 23:59:00 on 30th April 2026 and provide a valid MCS Installation Certificate for it to qualify for cashback. You will need to upload a copy of the MCS Installation certificate as part of your claim.
To qualify for the Baxi HP60 ASHP, simply install, commission and register any Baxi HP60 ASHP for warranty on Baxi Works between 6th October 2025 00:01 and 23:59:00 on 30th April 2026 and provide a valid MCS Installation Certificate for it to qualify for cashback. You will need to upload a copy of the MCS Installation certificate as part of your claim.
Are the Baxi ASHP products MCS Certified?
Yes, the entire Baxi HP40 ASHP range and Baxi HP60 ASHP range is MCS Certified and can be found on the MCS Product Directory.
Does the ASHP need to have an MCS Installation Certificate?
Yes, the installation does need to have a valid MCS Installation Certificate to make to be eligible for this promotion.
What is an MCS Installation Certificate?
An MCS certificate is proof that an installation has been designed, installed & commissioned to the highest standard using only MCS certified products by an MCS certified installer. Please note that an MCS certificate is not a mandatory or legal requirement for system installation but is a requirement for this promotion.
To obtain an MCS certificate, the installation must meet all the following three requirements:
- Commissioned by an MCS certified Installation Company
- Include an MCS certified product
- Have a commissioning date after 15th July 2009
MCS certified Installers are required to issue the MCS Certificate to the customer directly. This should be within 10 days of the system being commissioned.
A non MCS Installer can employ the services of an MCS umbrella company to undertake the design of the system and sign off the installation being MCS compliant.
Do I need to have completed any specific training to make a claim on this promotion?
No, but we recommend you attend the Baxi Heat Pump Installer training course which is for heating professionals looking to expand their experience with Baxi ASHPs.

Is there a limit to the number of Baxi ASHPs that qualify for the promotion?
No, it is not capped. You’ll earn £500 cashback for each qualifying Baxi ASHP registered, meeting the full terms & conditions.
When will I get my cashback?
We’ll endeavor to pay you within 28 days of the claim, but please allow up to 45 days.
Do I still earn Baxi Works reward points for the eligible Baxi ASHPs I install and register?
Yes, Baxi Works’ reward points will still be credited to your Baxi Works account for registrations that qualify for cashback.
When do I enter my bank details?
When you have completed the full warranty registration process on Baxi Works (post commissioning), you will need to enter your claim and add your bank details into your Baxi Works account.
Note: You will need to enter your bank details every time you register an eligible Baxi ASHP.

How do I claim my cashback?
Follow the process below -
- Log into your Baxi Works account.
- Click on the ‘My Offers’ button located in the top navigation bar.
- Select the promotion titled ‘Baxi HP40 Heat Pump £500 cashback promotion’ or the promotion titled 'Baxi HP60 Heat Pump £500 cashback promotion.'
- Step 1: Product details (this requires you to submit the product serial number, read and accept the Terms and Conditions).
- Step 2: Enter your bank details (this requires you to read the instructions on the page and complete and submit the bank details form).
- Step 3: Confirmation (you will receive confirmation that your cashback claim has been submitted.
