If you have a product that you can no longer find mentioned on our website, it's possible that we've discontinued it. While this means that we may have stopped producing your boiler model, it does not mean that we've stopped supporting, maintaining or repairing products that we know longer manufacture. Baxi warranties, extended warranties and any servicing contracts will still apply.
All warranties are provided by Baxi's dedicated customer service, Baxi Customer Support. Discontinued products are supported under our Baxi Protection Plans too, giving you peace of mind when it comes to future services or repairs.
